You can receive eAlerts on your accounts with us if you are signed up for Online Banking. eAlerts provide real-time notification via email as important events happen to
your account. You choose when to be notified, the level of detail in your notification, and can be alerted at multiple locations.
Available eAlerts include:
- Low balance
- Insufficient Funds Notice (NSF)
- Courtesy pay
- Direct deposit
- Specific check clearing
- Large debit card purchase
- Mailing address change
- Loan payment due
Managing your accounts using eAlerts gives you more control and reduces the chance of fraud.
It is easy to sign up as well. All you need to do is sign in to Online Banking and click on the eAlerts tab at the top of the accounts page. Once you are there you choose the specific alerts you want and where they are to be sent. Later, you can turn off existing alerts you no longer need and add new alerts as needed. The process is very intuitive and easy to follow once you have signed in. If you have more questions, call a local office for more details.
